Wet Weather 

Club Coaching  - We will notify you via txt msg to the number provided to us when you did your booking. The txt msg will be sent out around an hour before the start of the program. An extra session will be added to the end of the term. If you have not heard from us, then we are planning to go ahead with the coaching session.

School Coaching - Students are asked to come along to the program. If we have a suitable space in an undercover area, we will conduct the lesson. If we cannot run the lesson safely, we will postpone the lesson and offer an extra one at the end of the term. Coaches will stay with the students until the start of school, as we have duty of care.

 

What Happens If We Cant Attend a Session

If you cannot make the session you are booked in for, please contact us via email prior to the day of the session. We can then offer you a make up class. If you are a no show for your lesson and you have not notified us, you will forfiet that class.

 

What If I Have Missed The Start Of The Term 

Not a problem. As long as we still have spaces in the class, we can still take enrolments. Please contact us via email and we can send you a voucher code to use when booking online. This will reduce the cost for the lessons you have missed.

 

What Do I Bring To The Coaching Session 

All the coaching equipment is included in the cost of the term fees, including the use of our tennis racquets. All you need to bring along is, a pair of running shoes (no thongs, black school shoes or sandles), a water bottle and hat. Sunscreen is also recommended.
