Enrolment Policy

Enrolments for our group programs must be made online via our website:- www.topshottennisperth.com

Enrolments should be made prior to the start of Term in order to ensure our strict class ratios are maintained. Spaces cannot be guaranteed until payment has been made. If for any reason you are unable to comply with this please call the office to make alternative arrangements.

If a program is not at full capacity, enrolments may be allowed during the Term so please call Darren on 0412 497 778 or email topshottennis@gmail.com

No refunds are given, however credit notes may be granted for certain circumstances (eg injury/ severe illness with Dr certificate).

Every program allows for a minimum and maximum number of participants. Should your child be enrolled in a program that at the beginning of Term does not have the minimum number of children enrolled, Top Shot Tennis reserves the right to cancel the program. If available, you will be offered an alternative day/time for the same program. Should you be unable to commit to the alternative day/time offered, you will receive a full refund for your enrolment.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations of private lessons less than 24 hours prior to lesson may incur a cancellation fee. This fee is to compensate for the missed opportunity the coach has with short notice to fill the lesson timeslot etc. Please be considerate with this to ensure no one is inconvenienced more than they need to be.

All Junior programs will run a modified program in the event that it is too hot or heavy rain. It is rare that a program will be cancelled, but if Top Shot Tennis decides to cancel they will notify you via text message as soon as possible before the start of the class. It will also be posted on our face book page.

Lessons will always be on unless you are notified of a cancellation. 

Make-up lesson policy

Make-up lessons are permitted under the following conditions only:

• Absences must be communicated to Top Shot Tennis (prior to the start of lesson) and the request must be made for a make-up lesson
• A maximum of 2 make up lessons are permitted per Term
• Make up lessons are not transferable to other participants or to the following term. Make up lessons must be conducted during the current term booking

Privacy Policy

Top Shot Tennis takes privacy extremely seriously. We will only store information relevant for coaching and billing purposes and this is only accessible by the administration staff. We will never share your private information with a third party or advertising agency.

In registering with Top Shot Tennis you acknowledge & agree that we may film & use photography during programs, lessons and events for marketing & promotion purposes. This is done without compensation or notice. Images may be used on our website, social media and other promotional material. Please email us at topshottennis@gmail.com if you wish for us not to use your images.
